division sucks. aj only reaaly good fighter. wilder is next and roided povetkin good too. but ped looked shitt last time (off juice?), ortiz doesnt fight, pulev not fighting, parker barely wins, etc,

so ya, its bad. sad that a guy like christain hammer is not far off being legit top 10.

The division is shite but Joshua looks the part to the extent he can sell the house out versus cans.

at least there can be a legit king of boxing for some time. and the guy is fun, comes to fight, not a technician like vlad.

It's pretty dire.

It was great when Fury got the decision against Klitschko as it ended one poor and pretty boring era but unfortunately it was a false dawn and has only ushered in another poor and pretty boring era.

Hopefully the next generation will provide some decent heavyweights. The quality has been poor since Lewis v Holyfield really and they were both near the end at the top level by the time they met.

It could be a lot better if the guys in the top 30 would get out there, stop worrying about their "0" and fight meaningful fights. They hang about waiting for the big payday and not fighting until theu get it.
Ya can't improve by staying in the gym for 10 months of the year.
Look at HW's of last century with 40-100+ fights on their record. Who cares if you lose, go for a rematch, get better.
Fighters of the past stayed fit by fighting every month or more. They fought 15 round title fights! Now we get a top guy like AJ being gassed after 6.

I think Miller is going to shock a few people.

The all just keeping the division warm till Dubois is ready to take over

Oh for sure, if he beat anyone in the top #5 I would be shocked- not in a bad way, more in a pleasantly surprised way. I think if he beat Whyte (which won't happen as he already turned it down) I would be surprised.

I think he's better than most think.

Brezeale and ugonoh was a great fight. And wlad v AJ too. Now we're waiting around for great matchups that likely will never happen.

With his corpulence? No doubt.

miller is strong but he just plods forward with arm punches and fights at one pace only. cant see him doing all that much great stuff but hes a contender in todays division. the biggest shock would be him not being morbidly obese. how can pro athletes be so overweight? 3/4 of the division trains on fast food.
