I thought I detected a nastier edge about big Josh after the Takam fight. His statement about the crowd wanting to see Takam unconscious etc.

He aint used to booing after his fights, he didn`t like it. Maybe this will be the catalyst that releases the Josh that goes off the rails, drops the humblness and starts a Tysonesque steam train of self destruction.

It all makes sense now, the late opponent (Pulev was not prepared to be the patsy) , the pillows for gloves, the early stoppage to protect the KO streak.

The bit where he said the crowd wanted to see Takam unconscious wasn’t really out of character, he’s basically just knocking the ref indirectly

After another year of massive wealth, adulation and Adam Smith saying "he`s just soooo humble" during his ring walks, the humble edge will start to fall.

Greed will rear it`s head Hamed style and Fast Car will be shown the door, the wheels will start to fall off and Audley will come back to school him in a fight for the ages. You heard it first here. Humble no more.

Well yeah I mean he's trying to maximise his earnings by appealing to the masses rather than going down the Tyson Fury route of alienating everyone to the point where nobody gives a damn about him.

I honestly think he's just a nice bloke, no one can keep that pretence up for too long. Everyone I know who has met him has nothing but good things to say about him.

I do like the sound of a WWE style 'heel' turn for AJ in the near future...not yet though, they will wait for a year or 2 when the hype around him starts to tail off.

It's gotta be a naturally occurring thing. Wait until the crowd starts to boo him regularly, and then he can do something like beat up a guy from London IN London, and ask the crowd How they like that?

Ditto, ive been in his company about half a dozen times and he's always chatty, intelligent and pleasant. If it's an act, he deserves an Oscar.

All of the boxing journalists and most of the people in the trade seem to like him.

He wasn't bowing to me or anything like that, just seemed alright, wasn't Loud or giving it the big I am or anything. The group he was with seemed decent enough too.

you can be a hulking ko artist and still a nice guy. heard nothing but positive accounts from ppl who've met him, even when cameras werent all over him.

Yup, yup, I heard that too!!! I’m told he used to give out marijuana to kids for free; then wait until they were hooked. Sinisterly, he would then start charging the kids once they were dependant and couldn’t control themselves. I tell you what..... I’ve seen this guys! Keep the kids away from this rotten apple.... we’re talking about a WAR! A war on our kids......

For me the thing AJ done that really raised my eybrows and made me think he's a decent bloke , was when he rocked up to his old ameteur trainer , with a new expensive car he bought him as a thankyou ,, THAT is class
