30% would be the most money he's ever made by far, and would be fair.

40% would be extremely generous

More like 4, or 5%, about similar like Molina had, in cash, not in %.

Can you add an option for 'Don't care, just fight"? Financial stuff bores me, I've got very little interest in purses and splits. I'm not really sure why boxing fans are bothered by it. The only thing I care about is the fight itself.

I just voted 40%. Neither guy is a big draw, but AJ obviously should be the A side, so 60/40 is fair. If Wilder gets a belt from Parker before they fight, I would say 50/50.

WTF ??!?! ... Joshua is a tremendous draw.. The biggest draw since Jack Dempsey. In his last 2 fights he drew 160,000 fans.

Nobody but Jack Dempsey and a very young Joe Louis pulled them in like that... And fight Takam on a couple weeks' notice and draw 70,000???

That's sick dude... He's not even an American, has 20 professional fights, and doesn't have tremendous worldwide fame yet... Wait 2 years!

Golovkin who has 3 belts and is the man at 160 got 30% for the Canelo fight, so 30% to Wilder would be very generous.

I put 35% - but I think that's a bit generous.

Joshua is a big draw in his home country, but I was talking world-wide in ppv terms. Pacquiao was always a huge draw in his home country, but it doesn't automatically translate into a big draw world-wide for PPV, or he would have been fighting there.

Together, fighting each other, Wilder and Joshua would bring decent world wide PPV sales, but still wouldn't approach anything Manny, Floyd, or Canelo. Canelo has always been huge in Mexico, but hadn't headlined his own PPV until about 3 or maybe 4 years ago.

To get to Manny/Floyd levels this fight needs building. Look how long that one took to build.

Since Ali/Tyson, heavyweight boxing has been in a slight shadow worldwide. This one could could change all of that.

Just because a 20% cut would be Wilder's biggest payday by far, doesn't mean he should agree to it. Floyd offered Manny $40 million, which would have been his biggest payday by far, but they were smart and declined, knowing it would generate to much more.

"Worldwide PPV terms" is irrelevant if one fighter draws more than 90% of the revenue, even if most of it comes from his home country.

The numbers alone is all that matters. The geographical location of where they originate from is meaningless.

I already said Joshua is a big draw in the UK. If it goes world-wide PPV, a fair split does matter. Its not like no one knows Wilder. Anyone that knows AJ, knows Wilder I'll guarantee you that. Numbers and % split are irrelevant until both sides want the fight. We aren't there yet. Showtime's Espinoza said he wants to go to the fight immediately, and it won't get anymore ripe. Its pretty simple right now, Hearn wants to milk his cash cow some more before risking that fight. Its funny because I would favor Joshua slightly in that fight right now. Hearn apparently does not, regardless of what he says.

This bout cannot be compared to Mayweather vs Pacquaio, as both them guys drew huge numbers.

Hearn believes in Joshua. You’re extremely naive to suggest otherwise. I appreciate you’re not from these shores and possibly don’t follow English boxing enough to pass sensible judgement.

Hearn is managing a pot of gold while DiBella and wilder are managing a pot to piss in. It’s clear which side have something at stake in these negotiations

I voted 50%, but 40% is good too. Yes, AJ has fought better opponents but both are undefeated and KO artists.

Anyone saying <30% isn't serious.

Funny that so many people who were saying that GGG should agree to a flat fee against Canelo and that he can't demand a PPV percentage are now saying that Wilder shouldn't agree to 20 or even 30 percent.
