When Miller talks about his resume, and beating top 10 guys- I'm guessing he means top 10 belt ranked guys? Because he hasn't fought anyone in the #20 as far as I can tell.
Am I wrong? If so who?

Another overweight bum trying to earn a living without working. Can't hold that against him!

Most of what Miller said was pretty agreeable. The part where he said he fought top 10 contenders, and Parker / Whyte were fighting nobody was wrong.

However, Miller isn't trying to talk his way into a payday without earning it. That's what Briggs, Mansour, etc. have tried. Miller already beat Washington and Wach, so I think he is already pretty much entitled to a title shot off of just what he's done thus far. To be looking for a fight with Whyte instead of a title fight implies to me that he intends to earn his shot even moreso. This seems perfectly fine to me. Actually, Miller vs Whyte / Parker would produce a pretty incredible title challenger. Like, the winner of Miller - Washington fighting the winner of Wach - Teper (Teper having already previously beaten Duhaupas); and the winner of all of that to face Whyte, who beat Chisora and Helenius. I don't see what there is to complain about.

Maybe the fact that they're all very poor heavyweights?

It's a two (three if you count PED Povetkin) man division. It's very very weak.

I think Whyte needs a Miller type opponent if Wilder doesn't agree to their proposed bout.

Parker would be better off against Browne.

Agreed

Miller vs Whyte might well serve up a cracker like Del Boy vs Whyte, but in terms on skill level they are short
