Fulton by decision in 15... Though I've never seen any of his fights I assume he was a much better boxer than Willard.. From the way Dempsey blitzed him Fulton had to be wide open, but couldn't have been as bad as Willard.. Hitting Willard was like throwing pine cones at the side of a barn according do Dempsey.. Fulton actually beat some pretty fair Heavyweights who couldn't get at his chin.. Dempsey had a lot of respect for Fulton and none for Willard. Fulton's reach was longer than any Heavyweight Champion except for Fury and Carnera if that stat is accurate.. He couldn't take it though. When he met a hard puncher he was toast.
