Former IBF welterweight champion Kell Brook (36-2, 25 KOs) is willing to go above and beyond to get Amir Khan (31-4, 19 KOs) in the ring.

In a recent interview, Brook took a few shots at Khan, for deciding to take part in the popular reality television series 'I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here.'

“He’s had to go to the other end of the world to avoid me. He knows where I am; I’m right here in England – ready. It’s that big of a fight I hope that it can happen," Brook told Sports Bar at Talk Sport.

During the interview, Brook was asked if he would eat a kangaroo testicle – a common task on the show Khan is starring in, I’m a Celeb – if it meant sealing the deal on a fight with his Bolton rival - and Brook stated:

“I’d have to, wouldn’t I? I think the fans would chuck me off a bridge if I didn’t. All I can say is I really want the fight, and all in the boxing world know I really want the fight.”

"I’m going to be fighting again, early next year, in a comeback fight. 2018 is going to be a huge year, a huge chapter in my career, where I’ve got much more to give to this sport. It [the fight] has not been set up, but we’re just looking at venues, looking at dates, looking at what weight I’m going to come back to the ring at," Brook said.

“I think it's healthy for me to come back at light-middleweight in my comeback fight, but you never know. I could come back down to welterweight for the right fighter.”

Brook should forget Khan. Amir is clearly not interested so Kell should move on. If Khan wanted the fight to happen it would've happened by now.

I've seen a lot of tweets & articles over the last week with people talking about eating kangaroos bollocks.

“My goals are to be in huge fights. I’ve got a lot to give the sport still, and world titles. I want to be seen as one of the best in the game. I want to excite the fans, myself and be involved in great fights," Brook told Boxing News.

And the biggest fight for Brook is still a domestic grudge match with Amir Khan - who's been inactive since getting knocked out by Canelo Alvarez in May 2016.

“I could see it happening. It’s a big fight for it not to happen, but then I could also see it not happening,” Brook said.

“I’ve not signed any paper [to ever fight Khan] but until you’re opposite him, facing him in the ring, that’s the only time you know it’s really on. You’ve seen it over the years where it’s been talked about and it doesn’t end up happening. Until you’re opposite him in the corner, you know it’s happening then and there. We have come close, it has been close to that level, but we’ve not got it on, have we?”

Brook finds it hard to do an interview without mentioned Khan's name..

Neither want to fight anymore. When you start claiming you only want one name etc, you’re pretty much done.

yeh, Khan started calling out Mayweather, only to fight Collazo, then Algieri.. and then finally landed a big fight with Canelo.

In this day and age of Sexual Harassment charges Brook better make sure that the Kangaroo is alright with it

Brook should go in the jungle while Amir is in there. They could drum up huge PPV from in there.
