There has been an incident in sparring and Skoglund is in an induced Coma following a brain bleed.

His fight with Smith was a cracker for the boxing enthusiast and I just wanted to start a thread to wish him all the best in the
world, he has been active in our world of boxing for many years and is indeed a fighter that we have no doubt all viewed in the past and admired his courage and skills.

Come On EriK, Keep fighting my son.

Oh no, that's tragic. I dearly hope he recovers. He was a class act in and out of the ring.

That story and how he was treated by Rocnation was disgraceful.

I met Erik & his team when working on the Smith/Skoglund show.

What a bloody brilliant bunch of top genuine people who will use their closeness to gather the strength to get Erik through this.

Erik is a top bloke, a true warrior who I have no doubts will win this, his greatest fight of his career.

Come on Erik, all of our positive thoughts are with you.

He’s not progressing for all the reports - can’t talk/walk.

The article I read was Family was really struggling for money and finding things tough - selling things etc.

Sad story in all honesty.
