Of course they offered. Rigo priced himself out and was even talking about a catch weight.

Yeah, Lomachenko's promoter offered the fight to him, but Rigondeaux turned it down. Then he goes on that weird callout spree, gets the fight, and quits.

I remember something like that catch weight and all..kind of ironic..I think it took Rigo time to fully understood this was entertainment business not a league like baseball..where they cut checks easier..
