The one that sticks out to me most is scott harrison vs samuel kebede. The look on some of the faces in the crowd as harrison celebrated was priceless. hapless Said lawal getting starched inside 3 seconds by naz hamed also deserves a mention

If there is one man I have followed closely in boxing it is Chuck.
Firstly it wasn’t a mismatch. Bruno just got lucky.
Secondly, it was on French soil.

In terms of a British fighter defending his world title, Cleverly vs Kovalev is up there as a huge mismatch. Man against boy.

Just watched hide Reed. Laughable mismatch. Darke and McCrory were good on commentary.
Clev vs Kovalev is a good one

Barrera didn't come to get the rounds in that's for sure. Lloyd knew he was in for a hiding within seconds. He showed some heart to be fair.

Discounting most boxers early fights and thinking more of bouts where the 2 fighters were meant to be more than credible. Then for me it has to be
Calzaghe V manfredo Jr

Firstly it wasn’t a mismatch. Bruno just got lucky.
Secondly, it was on French soil.
In all seriousness, Gardner in his prime was not that bad a fighter.
But yes, I stand corrected - it was on French soil, at Cannes. I never knew that.

Yeah - an absolutely horrible fight.
And to think Warren announced his next opponent after that was going to be Ezra Sellers, who was so past it the board refused to allow it.

I recall Froch vs Mack being a bit of a farce. Made better by Froch saying he carried him for 3 rounds

How did BBBoC sanction Briedis-Vallily.
Top 2 CW in the world who at the time had a reputation as the divisions biggest banger. Vallily was around area level at the time.

valilly had been a good amateur winning the commonwealths so perhaps that got him some credibilty as a stay busy opponent for briedis. clearly was a mismatch though.
