Alright mate. You'll not be able to watch via BT. You can watch it for free via TV Player.

No. I'm 99% certain the fight won't be available live through ITV Hub. ITV Box Office is available through TV Player. You'll be able to stream the fight live for free via their website and app.

Good plan mate! Got to keep the other half sweet ever now and then. The second semi is live on ITV4. World Boxing Super Series have uploaded a 23 minute build up show for the 2 Cruiserweight semi finals on to YouTube. It's also available on demand on SKY. Got to search for it though, its not easy to find.
