Does Saudi Arabia even have boxing fights?

I haven't been able to find a single professional boxing fight in Saudi Arabia, prior to the WBSS CW Final that will take place there in May. Do they even have a professional boxing association or a board of control?

Thoroughly checking out this website above reveals nothing about boxing in any of the pages. Looks like soccer is the only sport they take seriously. Checking other extensive amateur resources show that even the Saudi amateur program is extremely underdeveloped. No Saudi boxers have ever competed in Olympics, World Championships or even Olympic Qualifying Tourneys.
Looks like the only times Saudi amateur boxers have competed internationally have been in regional tourneys like Asian Games or Pan Arab Games. Saudi Arabia hosted its first ever international tourney in April 2016 with Gulf Countries Championships.
BoxRec has no record of any pro fight ever held in Saudi Arabia and only a handful of Saudi fighters who have ever competed abroad (including one guy who is active in UK).

They have plenty dough. They must obviously be financing the Sauerlands big style for the fight to be there. Wonder what time the fight was lol be on UK time. Not sure of the time difference.

Wow, the Saudi bloke living in the UK has fought three opponents whose combined record is 24-341-9. There must be a record in that somewhere.

If they have the money to throw at it, it's going to work.
I thought the same re: motorcycle racing, now Qatar is one of the best rounds of the GP and SBK all year and racing at night to boot.

And none of the 4 (or anyone else) has ever fought professionally in Saudi Arabia. The Saudi strategy in buying the WSBB final is clear. They want to present a "modern" image to the world while most of the country is mired in the
7th century.
Women leaving the country without a male family member are
electronically monitored like cattle who wander from the herd:

Denied the right to travel without consent from their male guardians and banned from driving, women in Saudi Arabia are now monitored by an electronic system that tracks any cross-border movements.
Since last week, Saudi women’s male guardians began receiving text messages on their phones informing them when women under their custody leave the country, even if they are travelling together.
