The results for this bill for the 11th December 1951 were...
Kensington, London
Lew Lazar W Charlie Kray KO 3
Jackie Braddock L Chris Christensen DQ 5
Reg Kray W Bobby Manito PTS 6
Ron Kray L Bill Sliney PTS 6
Tommy McGovern W Allan Tanner PTS 10
Erik Jensen W Johnny McGowan RSF 7
And basically the poster is only a poor photocopy, so don't pay too much!. I have a copy of it somewhere, I'll see if it says 1957 or 1951.

What do people here make of the fighters like Roy Shaw & Lenny McClean?
How do you think they might have faired int he pro ranks during their peak? Sure they'd lack style but you could probably beat them all day and they wouldn't go down.

shaw would have done better than Lenny in the pro ranks, shaw did start as a pro (allegedly) but had his licence revoked after he was released from jail.
Shaw, had he kept his nose clean, would have fought much nearer middleweight, instead he went inside and drastically bulked up. Lenny was an animal but was beat quite a few times by the more boxing minded fighters, mclean is better known for his street brawls and unlicensed massacres than boxing fights.
Shaw did beat ron stander on pts after 6rds, stander was ko'd in 5 by frazier albeit when he was younger than when he fought Shaw.

Johnny was a pretty good light heavy.
southern area title level in the 70's is equivalent to modern british title level I would say!!!!

I understand Johnny was still an amatuer when he Ko'd Lenny.
Didn't Julius Francis get banned from the London ABA's when it was found out that he had had an unlicenced fight?

yeah Julius got kicked out of the ABAs for having an unlicensed bout.
Not quite sure if Johnny was amateur he turned over in 1976 so its possible he was
