Ronnie Clark v Zelfa Barrett IBF European Title

Great fight and although odds stacked against Ronnie we would have it no other way. We all know zelfa can punch but we are going to see when someone stands up to it and hits back. Ronnie in a great place at the moment and with all his troubles behind him goes into this with a healthy mind. So close to getting Martin J Ward out of there hopefully this is his time. Ronnie will fight anyone and prides himself on his mentality of you want to beat the best you must fight the best.

good test. clark has been giving good fights to brit and euro level guys. Will give us a better idea of barrets level now

Can't really argue that but I do think Warren is finding it genuinely difficult to sign up the sort of opponents that would take Yarde to that next level.
Fair play to Clark for stepping up. Hope he does ask some serious questions of Barrett.

Delighted to see Ronnie being given this opportunity,I've nor saw much of Barrett tbh,been reading that Ronnie will be his toughest test so far in the pros,ronnies as tough as they come,hel need to be busy right from the 1st bell,come on the shark

Round 12 ward was gone. Everyone knew it. Listen to commentary Ronnie should have stepped back but let him hold.

It’s been around since 2003 or 2004. It’s actually called East/West Europe Championship but in the last year or two British promoters have started using it and have unofficially changes its name as simply European sounds better

Have to wonder where the hell it's gonna end with these pointless titles. The 'anywhere east of San Francisco but not including New York State, the former Soviet Republics or anyone born in a town without a public library' title

I remember I had Ward-Clark really tight on my scorecard.
