Who would you say more deserves the title of P4P #1? On one hand, Crawford is the more complete fighter. On the other, Loma's wins over Russell and Rigo are arguably better than anyone Crawford has fought.

IMO it is a draw What is more important, what they will do next? .... Hopefully after Horn Crawford can fight Garcia, Porter, Vargas, or even Ortiz-Alexander winner in 2018. Lomachenko can fight Linares, Berchelt or Davis in 2018. Then, set up Spence - Crawford and Lomachenko-Garcia megafights in 2019

Loma has better wins over bigger names. He's P4P #1 right now

These subjective rankings are meaningless.

I like 'em both. Which one I'd rather watch depends on who they're matched against.

I'm not too excited about Crawford vs Horn honestly because I expect a one sided ass kicking. I'd be stoked for TC vs Porter, Thurman or Spence though.

I've a feeling that Loma is going to become quite boring as he moves up the weights. Rather like mayweather did.

Good question. The thing that makes Loma so compelling beyond skills is the impatience with which he is advancing. He just wanted to fight everyone from his first bout. .

I might lean slightly toward Crawford but far from sure.

Loma's optimal weight is probably 130, but he may be equally as effective at 135. He'll definitely be less effective as he goes up from there.

Lomachenko has an overall better resume. I still don't think either are p4p #1, though. Golovkin, Canelo should be ahead. Also, I think the clear, consensus p4p #1 should be the winner of Sor Rungvisai/Estrada. That's until Canelo/Golovkin.

Especially if he goes to LWW too quickly.

It would be harder for Postol to find Loma to hit him. Loma would hitting and moving easily.

I really, really, doubt that Crawford will ever face Charlo. Crawford is only 5'8" and welterweight would be his limit other than a huge money fight like Floyd did with Canelo or Oscar. If not that, no way. There is more than enough competition at welter.

crawford is better than loma p4p imo, although only just a bit. hes got plenty of skill but also the power to go with it.

Agreed. I have this "Ukrainian grudge match" a 50-50 fight due to Postol's size advantage. Even if Loma beat him he would never dominate Postol like Crawford did.

Postol > Loma @ 4" height advantage + 8" reach advantage

Not sure how you consider Crawford the more complete fighter out of the two. Loma is possibly the most complete fighter I've ever seen. When was the last time you've seen a fighter utilize such a successful defense while at the same time executing a tremendous offence. I've not seen anything like it.
