I've decided to put my hand in my pocket, I've got a smart TVs with built in free view, I don't have sky or virgin, can I get it thought this?

I cant buy it through ITV box office online.
I've put in my basic details, email address etc and its just been stuck on a page saying "loading" for about 20mins.

I'm on Sky and trying to register on the itvboxoffice website and all I get is "The page you are looking for does not exist or is not available in your region"
This has the makings of a classic balls up on their part.

Same here. I hope its because there are so many buying at once. i want it sorted by arnfield which is 7.50
what a fornicate up. how cant itv just sort out a red button fornicator is beyond.

This is exactly why I’m not planning on buying it, heard too many stories of people not getting a picture after buying the event on ITV Box Office.

I wonder if they are insured against that? They will lose x number of potential viewers and have to pay y number of refunds. Presumably the broadcaster has a contractual responsibility to provide an adequate platform. The promoter is going to be seething.

I don’t think a refund is enough, you should get paid for your time chasing the refund at the very least too.

Except there ain't a link to click on. This is a network broadcaster, embarrassing. At least with the BBC you generally get a decent standard of tech for your poll tax.

I followed the link, thanks Flump.
Double check your password, I had a similar issue and realised I hadn't used an uppercase letter.
It took about 15 mins after I paid it for the channel to actually kick in on sky 493, but thankfully I'm on now.
I hope you all get it. Its on the radio on talksport and 5 live with mike costello. (The main event)
