No the WBA gave Lebedev a jokey title so they could make Dorticos the WBA Super Duper Champion.
Gassiev-Usyk is the full 4 titles.
Clear division number one and I’d say around the #5 P4P mark.

Hasn't Lebedev been awarded that perennially annoying 'champion in recess' status?
Still baffles me as to how some fighters are classified thus whilst others are just stripped of titles with little justification.
