HAS JOE COSTELLO RETIRED?

I know he had injury issues but has not fought since July 2015. Only had five fights but looked a highly exciting prospect from what I saw of him on BN.
Did the injuries force him to hang em up prematurely?

Sure I've seen posts on Facebook saying his in line for a return some time this year

Joseph was involved in a road traffic accident that’s why he’s been out.
