PR has produced some stars. I don't have much of a unique perspective on this.

1.

Gomez (just on record alone)
Ortiz (same)
Camacho (probably an unpopular pick but in his prime he dominated some very very good fighters)
Trinidad (had gaps in his game that were exposed by guys like ODLH, Winky etc. But that should not take away from how great he was).
Benitez

Calderon (I am a sucker for pure boxers)
Cotto (so many great fights! I wish he had better strategists in his corner earlier in his career. He made too many fights harder than they needed to be. But boy were they fun to watch).
Rosario (I was a kid during his prime and just liked watching him fight. A fun fighter)
Trinidad (got to see him live a few times and no one lit up the Garden quite like he could).
Juanma (also saw him live early in his career and enjoyed tracking his progress. When you see someone in their third or fourth pro fight it's easy to become a fan)

Who are the next generation? Any young pros from PR worth tracking?

Puerto Rico had a great tradition of great boxers. Three of them, in my view, are top 100 all time pound per pound greats.

I have them ranked in the 20th Century and all time.
