I think a rangy fighter with good straight punches and movement gives Yarde the most trouble, but I don't think it's Burton. Yarde looks to me like has more gears to get into. I'd say he stops him between 6 and 8.

can you imagine what the yardes a hype job ppl would say if he was bloodied and could only win 78-75 vs some random croation journeyman with 4 wins in 8 fights

I don’t know if he has been injured or what has been going on but his inactivity puzzles me a bit. He fought a patsy last October and now 5 months odd later fights this guy. I’d be breaking walls down to be fighting every 6 weeks or so if title fights aren’t presenting themselves.

As a poster above mentions, I think Burton is the right type of fighter to bother Yarde, I just don’t think he is of the right quality.
If I was Frank I’d get Burton for April 14th. Aye it’s not a step up but it will make Yarde mandatory and if FB swerves that then Yarde is highly ranked enough to jump straight into the European scene.
It’s a tricky division though. Yarde streamrollers anyone outside the top ten for me but it’s a different story above that. Some serious talent in there
