what level are you at?

Beginner - Get to a Local Boxing or Kick - boxing club, learn the basics and get to a sparring level. You shouldn't even be considering a contest without some sort of experience behind you.

Novice - Assuming you have been learning, you have to ask why your coaches haven't put you forward for contests if you're entering this tournament on your own.

Amateur - Trust your current coaches who have got you this far, if you're losing faith in them then look for another club and try it out if it's absolutely necessary, or look locally for personal trainers if it's more fitness / athletic training.

Semi-Pro - You shouldn't need the extra training if you've gotten this far, if this is pre-contest jitters, or a need for variety, try another sport (Cross training) Like swimming, rock climbing, running etc. to help you develop muscle groups boxing can't focus on and relieve the stress from daily training

Otherwise, you need to give anyone who want's to give you advice more details there boss.
