Wilder vs Whyte

I think it's a logical fight for both of them providing Whyte beats Browne later this month.

Fight against Whyte will give Wilder: 1) biggest purse in his career so far; 2) good expusure in UK(which is good for his future showdown with Joshua)/

I think Wilder will try to make a statement and KO Whyte quicker than AJ did. And I think he has all the tools to do that.

I'm also surprised why he prefered to fight Ortiz for 2 mil instead of Whyte who offered up to 5 mil.

He's convinced he deserves 50/50 against Joshua who earns more per fight than Wilder has in his Championship career.

Him v Whyte would be great.

Anyone know the attendance from last night?

p.s. Whyte beating Browne is no guarantee

~14-15K I heard.

On-topic: Wilder's so, uh, wild that almost anyone can win rounds against him/land solid (Molina, Szpilka, Duhaupas etc etc). But based on last night's showing I don't think Whyte hits hard enough to finish him if he does get him going, & Wilder's athleticism's so good & he carries that power so late I can't see Whyte getting through twelve without going face-down.

Wilder would also have a shitload of height/reach on Whyte, & I think Whyte found Helenius hard to get to (another tall guy).

Wasn't mentioned. Likely around 3,000.. that's around what he did vs. Shabbs. The Theatre holds less than 5,000.

Thanks Mate. Weird having two bills so close to each other on the same night.
