First off, there's a huge difference between those two wraps. That can't be fair game can it? That's startling to me to see as a fan.

It's 2018, I can't believe that someone hasn't invented a replacement for tape and gauze as undergarments for the boxing glove yet.

That was some weird hand wrapping. It's like he had a tennis ball wrapped around his fist. Mararito would be jealous.

Margarito was an amateur cheater. He didn't bribe officials

Yes, another uninformed rank amateur. Talents like Floyd were so far ahead in their boxing 'knowledge' it's embarrassing.

Abel Sanchez hasn't exactly covered himself in glory. His tactical awareness (?) in the previous 2 GGG fights and now this hand wrap fiasco hardly smack of the 'uber professionalism' deserved at this multimillion dollar level.

Some might argue he's also an amateur who just happened to get lucky. Still, as they say, if you can't be good, be lucky.

Abel is tactically aware just fine. He is just convinced that fans pay for being entertained, not for seeing two defensive gurus exchanging a dozed shots per round. Golovkin attracts viewers with his reputation of a killer. If he suddenly starts getting fancy at the expense of aggressiveness, he will lose many fans.
