Moving up weights

When a fighter like Mikey Garcia has moved up 4 weights where does a boxer put it on

from not draining as much? and not losing so much before draining?
these guys usually come down from there 'natural' weights, and 'going up' in weight often just means coming down less

Its not uncommon for guys to boil themselves down to make weight, a recent example was George Groves who rehydrated and walked into the ring weighing 184lbs against Eubank Jr.

The lower the weight class the smaller the difference between divisions.
At the bottom 3lbs is a new weight class.
A good meal or poo is enough to change divisions for little people.
