Haye's stint with Dave and Channel 5 has been a shocking lack of entertainment.

Saturday’s broadcast gave us 90 seconds of live boxing.
Awful. Who ever decided not to show the Askin show live should be banished to Milkshake.

Not like you had to pay anything for it.. can't complain about free tv.. you choose to watch it..

You can't complain if it's on free TV
You chose to watch it
Yes that's how it works.

Yes it is free, but truly awful. It reminds me of the BBC deal with Audley Harrison, and we know how that ended. The BBC walked away and have never returned. And that was free as well.
You can't kid the TV executives when they review their show. Joyce beat a big, fat useless slob and didn't land/ throw a punch, and Haye's efforts to create some sort of excitement or justification was nothing short of pathetic.

Who cares if it’s free?
I do because it’s an embarrassing farce that shows the sport in a bad light.

Partially agree...the five one was bad...some enjoyable things on Dave though

Free or not, it's hardly going to be providing much reason for the more casual fan to get into the sport, watching someone get poleaxed inside a minute.

Could ask the same with Willy Hutchison ? Sure I read he’d split with Haye but he’s listed on May 5th.

Agree waste of time. Just insulting people with that on Saturday night. One day channel 5/ITV will get someone in charge that knows about boxing....and the days of guys like haye/Harrison robbing the fans will be a thing of the past. What is haye even doing...he's fighting next month after the most woeful performance of his career. Looks too busy running around trying to get Joyce fights/promoting him... even tho he's not all that good anyway.

It was a crap show, no question. Didn’t really bother me though as I just span through the recording on Sunday morning, ended up only watching 10 mins or so. Anyone who sat through the entire live broadcast needs their head examined.

Appears someones bought the hype from Saturday night. That opponent had tits mate.
David Haye would have knocked Joyce out in about two rounds...ten years ago. Huey fury would beat Joyce. He's not gonna be top level in the pro,s. No matter how many bums he knocks out.
David Haye needs to concentrate on his own fight. He's an idiot. First time round it was "I ve not taken bellew seriously". He then goes on to look shockingly bad. Then spends his time promoting a guy not that good in the lead up to the second fight. Absolutely idiotic.

Got to agree with the op. As someone who doesn't have sky I always looked forward to the odd channel 5 card but for some reason they have regressed massively. Starting at 10:30 and only showing the main event. Seems barmy, making all the effort to televise it but then going bang up against MOTD with a one sided KO. Same a couple of weeks earlier, Easton v foot was always going to be the best fight and I was bang looking forward to it ... checked the planner and saw the show only started at 10:30 so knew it was just going to be the main event.
If they started showing the decent undercard fights from 9 then people would have a more vested interest in watching the whole show. Used to use Spike but that seems to have stopped.

Boxing Asylum ripped the hell out of the girl fight. Apparently there was a sighting of the Bulgarian lass on fight day eating a cheeseburger and chainsmoking. They were lamenting having such rubbish (apparently the English girl could not box at all yet still couldn't beat an opponent brought into lose) televised while Matty Askin's fight was not televised.
