I have to say no, just on the fact he has no record for me to verify his accomplishments, opponent wise. I know he's had a great season, and might even be a yes, but without being able to see his wins/loses, I just can't vote him in. I know he gave Robinson Hell every fight.

Nope.
The HOF is meant to be for the best of the best - Mickey wasn't the best of anything, although had a fairly good season. And did break into The Super Six.
