Who should GgG fight?

I think GGG has slipped enough for Danny to take it this time.

The dreaded Spike O'Sullivan is the heavy favorite to be offered up for slaughter.

HBO would be crazy to keep such a mismatch on PPV.

It might draw some fans in the UK but in the US, it would struggle to draw 100,000 viewers. Probably closer to 80,000.

Even the arena is far too big. Better to stage the fight in a casino ballroom.

Canelo withdraws!!! You would think GGG would be the one to bow out.

I mean GGG walk away from Canelo after the failed drug test. Why would he fight someone who failed a drug test? But it ends up being Canelo who walks away from the fight when he is the one who caused the controversy.

Part of me is very happy too see Canelo in a bad spot.

Part of me is sad that I wont see the fight.

So GGG vs TBA in May and Canelo said hes wanna fight in august or september. So instead of megafight we will probably see GGG vs bum and Canelo vs bum. I wish i was wrong in this :( :( :( Besides that, Charlo is fighting bum. At least Sulecki, who is fighting Jacobs is decent, but still level below Danny probably. So we have Golovkin, ALvarez, Charlo, Jacobs, Saunders and there is NO fight between them. Andrade and Derevyanchenko are also here and still NOTHING. Again, hopefully i am wrong, This is hard for me as an boxing fan, estecially in an middleweight division, damn ive just remembered year 2002, when i watched Marvin Hagler vs Ray Leonard at VHS

But it's not realistic to think that Golovkin would take a high moral ground and withdraw.

The Canelo matches would be the biggest purses of his career. Probably Golovkin will never come close to this kind of money again.

How much of a pay cut will he take to fight O'Sullivan? Probably substantial but I suspect more than a fight with Spike is worth, simply because HBO is desperate to keep a May 5 date.

When Canelo returns, probably in September, Golovkin will be there. He won't pass up the big bucks.

I hope it is at least someone like Andrade, and not Spike. If he takes that fight it will be a bust. Andrade doesn't have a huge following, but it would be a great fight at least, and is more well known than Spike.

GGG got screwed again. At least he will make some money for the fight next month, but he doesn't have much to gain anyways.

Canelo's stock takes a hit for this. Wouldn't be too surprised if he moves up to 168. Gilberto Ramirez vs Canelo would be a great fight.

I wouldn't be surprised if the rematch never happens. GGG probably has alot less desire to waste what precious time he has left in his career for another drama show like this.

He has made his money, he wants that last belt.

Likewise I wouldn't be surprised if that's what's happened there and Fwank makes an offer tbh. Wee bit of step a side dosh to keep Murray sweet and we've got a fight

Loefler already ruled out BJS and Jacobs. Hopefully it can be Zurdo.

Canelo actually screwed Golovkin up the second time. First time was when they insisted that he didn't fight in June of last year.
