Normally they wouldn't have climbed so high based on those two wins, but there is a lot of inactivity and fighters with recent losses in the lower top 15 area, so they both jumped higher than usual.

Pretty sure Floyd Mayweather isn't ranked anywhere, nor Carl froch either.
So how long does inactivity take to drop out the top 20?

So Quigg loses a competetive fight against a good champion away from home and drops 4 places.
Fury fights nobody, nowhere and only drops 2 places.
Surely fighting and losing is better than not fighting at all.....?
Other than that I pretty much agree with the list

Like others at the bottom the likes of Sam Eggington who lost his last fight and got beat by Bradley Skeete, Skeete ain’t lost since fighting Eggington, if that’s the case where is Skeete on your list? Ward is The British Commonwealth and European Champion But Eggington deserves a place more

Fury should be out of the top 30, cant see why Eubank Jnr is ahead of Callum Smith and Terry Flanagan. Callum Johnson should be in the top 30.

Quigg came in heavy which is cheating.
If he had come in at the weight he probably wouldn't have dropped so much.
Valdez is also fairly unproven, so going the distance against him is not some great honour.

Ward's record is poor for a European, Commonwealth and Lonsdale belt winner.
Eggington has also won the British, Commonwealth and European titles and Eggington has a significantly better record than Ward.
Skeete's win against Eggington was over two years ago and he has been fighting relatively poor opposition since then.
Getting a win over someone doesn't mean that you get to be ranked above them for the rest of your career.

Johnson only has one domestic level win. He doesn't deserve a place at the moment.
Terry Flanagan has been inactive for over a year. Callum Smith hasn't really stepped up to world level yet, so I don't think that he deserves to be any higher at the moment.

Not saying it is, but a fighter who fights is more worthy of their ranking than one who doesn't, I'm sure most would agree.

Your list is great
Eggington is now fighting at a much higher level, got Ryan Toms next
I wouldn’t mind having a poor record being a British Commonwealth and European champion....
