Considering Luis Ortiz's impressive performance against Deontay Wilder is it fair to say the big names in the Heavyweight division will avoid him ?
Correct me if I'm wrong.

Luis Ortiz was boxing in the UK prior to his fight with Wilder.
Tyson Fury just announced his comeback.
Anthony Joshua is currently looking for an opponent.
Does common sense dictate that Fury or Joshua should consider boxing Luis Ortiz ?

Or will they avoid him ?

Isn't it a bit of a myth about Luis Ortiz being "DUCKED" by everyone?

How many times has HIS team made offers to other fighters and they've been turned down? I'm sure the answer is NONE.

Luis Ortiz chose to stop working with Eddie Hearn's Matchroom. His performances were very poor when Sky Sports were going to extreme lengths to sell the idea that he was a "MONSTER" to the UK market.

He bought himself out of his contract with Oscar De La Hoya's Golden Boy.

He currently promoted by Dade Promotions. Probably not the most successful promoters in the game.

He also faced multiple self-inflicted periods of inactivity, partially due to testing positive for banned substances on two occasions.

He doesn't speak any English either, yet he competes in almost exclusively English speaking territories. So most fans don't get the chance to know him. He can't sell himself to his target market.

As soon as he signed with Al Haymon last year, he pretty much received multiple immediate opportunities to face Wilder.

At the moment, what does Luis Ortiz have to offer the biggest names in the heavyweight division? I doubt he brings any MONEY to the table.

HIGH risk and ZERO return and ZERO interest for casual boxing observers.

Luis Ortiz will almost certainly fight another Al Haymon fighter in his next outing.

It's another myth to claim that Luis Ortiz is a devastating puncher. Prior to the Wilder fight, his most recent performances have been less than impressive.

No one can pretend they have been.

That's the reason why Luis Ortiz never scored success in the UK. He couldn't sell himself, his personality and nor could he talk himself into high profile fights.

When British viewers did see him fight, he kind of made a mackery of the lavish amounts of praise and hype bestowed upon him by Sky Sports, because he performed badly.

If my theory is wrong, then how come most casuals don't know him? That's a serious question.

Exceptions don't undermine the general rule - his performance during the Wilder fight doesn't rewrite the history books.

What about the other points I've raised, are they wrong or irrelevant?

As you have said, plenty of chances, reputation tarnished by doping and inactivity and then losing to Wilder when he basically had him and couldn't do the job to finish it.
Now age is catching up with him.

I have to laugh at some folks that use the excuse of no offers being made to someone like Joshua, or other elite guys at heavyweight. (The few that they are) Team Joshua is obviously the A side and won't have offers dictated to them, they make the offers. Why didn't they have Joshua fight Ortiz when they had him? The answer is obvious.
Wilder gave him a shot, and didn't even have to. Like several here predicted, now that Ortiz lost he is old and past it. I still think he is a top five heavyweight easily. Imo, there is only one guy out there that would beat him, and that is the guy that beat him. I think there is a reason why team Joshua has been waiting for him to get "old"er. He is still the boogeyman.

I'm pretty certain that following his KO defeat, the aging Ortiz won't be that avoided as he gets even older and more distant from his prime. You'd have to be a pretty delusional Wilder fanatic to think that this loss is going to make Ortiz more avoided.
