Joshua - Fury

When this happens, Anyone else think it's an easy night for a fit and motivated Fury?
easy work for Tyson...keithmoonhangover wrote: ↑13 Apr 2018, 10:49 When this happens, Anyone else think it's an easy night for a fit and motivated Fury?
Agree but will he be proper fit? AJ has a bit of dog in him and will go for Tyson. If Tyson is fit then this plays in to his hands but if he's not then it's goodnight! Almost makes me want Wilder to fukk off and keep fighting in absurity. AJ Wilder has to happen first while Tyson is finding his feetwesshaw1985 wrote: ↑13 Apr 2018, 10:50easy work for Tyson...keithmoonhangover wrote: ↑13 Apr 2018, 10:49 When this happens, Anyone else think it's an easy night for a fit and motivated Fury?
Joshua will fight very cautiously against Fury. It's Fury's movement that Joshua will struggle with.. (If he has the same movement)
Movement alone don't win you fights. AJ ain't just gonna stand there like a f*cking idiot staring blankly for 12 rounds. At some point he's gonna try to hurt Fury.Ruthless-RKO wrote: ↑13 Apr 2018, 12:45Joshua will fight very cautiously against Fury. It's Fury's movement that Joshua will struggle with.. More gris for the mill.
Some decent points. He made Del Boy look well out of his depth that night. Complete mismatchPredatorHayds wrote: ↑13 Apr 2018, 13:11 I’d favour AJ. I don’t think Fury has the one punch power to keep AJ off him.
The Wlad fight was close. I don’t know where this notion of a masterclass came for.
I thought his best performances where against Chisora 2 and Hammer. He used his physical attributes well in those fights.
I actually had Wlad nicking the Fury fight.
Who’s to say the Fury performances weren’t helped by the ‘wild uncastrated boar’ he was eating at the time.
Totally reasonable. Closest thing Fury was in the ring with to Joshua was a 40 y/o Klitchko (39?), and frankly, the more time goes by, the better Joshua would be. If Joshua wasn't so big and tall, I'd feel different about it, but it takes away what Fury is used to being his advantage. And yes...it would be FUGLY...(f'n ugly)HeavyHitters wrote: ↑13 Apr 2018, 17:58 I would take Wilder over Joshua, but only by a slight margin. But you all are kidding yourself if Fury would win this fight with Joshua in easy fashion. For one, I do believe Tyson's chin is a bit on the soft side, and if Joshua lands a few of his upper cuts against it, Fury would be in big trouble.
I hate to think this, but if these two ever do get in the ring together, it could end up being an ugly hug-fest. Both being tentative and not willing to commit to throwing bombs, all the while worried about being countered by the other guy.
Late round TKO for Joshua, or a close decision sloppy win by Joshua.

chisora 2, even though it was a gatekeeper hed already beaten and was a horrendous fight, was actually a very good performance from a competitive standpoint. basically took apart chisora and never got touched just pretty much using his jab, compare that to how whyte did vs chis. and pulev, even though he clearly beat chis, didnt do it nearly as easylillywhite14 wrote: ↑13 Apr 2018, 13:44Some decent points. The Wlad fight was closer than a lot of people remember. It was atrocious to watch too, especially looking back!
The drug issue is a fair point. Plenty of fighters seem to lose a bit after being busted for using the gear. Tyson might have been benefitting from that?
even though ajs a big guy hes still giving up like 2 inches in height and around 5 in reach to fury. i dont doubt that fury can jab and fiddle and use quicker feet on the outside and win rounds. also aj didnt throw his power shots nearly as freely vs parker as i expected, it seemed the movement threw him off a bit. that fight made me think a bit, its the type of style fury would use, and we saw how wlad had basically no output vs it.oogiebe wrote: ↑13 Apr 2018, 18:01Totally reasonable.
