Mike Tyson vs Tim Witherspoon in the mid 90s

They were in the same era, but obviously had never fought each other. Sure, if we match them up in the 80s in their primes, the vast majority will pick Tyson to win. But what about the mid 90s, when both were past prime, although still had something left in?
Let's say, it's 1995-1996. In that time Witherspoon was demonstrating the last of true himself, in 1996 he destroyed younger and fresher Jorge Luis Gonzalez and arguably lost to Ray Mercer, who had just lost in about the same debatable fight against Lennox Lewis. Tyson, as we know, returned from the jail in 1995 and in 1996 knocked out Frank Bruno and Bruce Seldon.
So, how do you see this fight could have gone?
