If we count exhibitions and "all comer" challenges, then John L. Sullivan is on that list as well. I'd reckon he had roughly 300 total career kayos.

There's almost quite a few early ones who would be on this too if the records were complete.
Wilde almost certainly is, currently at 99 and I think there are a lot of his that aren't on the system and possibly have been lost to time

Considering Wilde had hundreds of bouts in traveling Athletic Shows, and these were rarely ever reported in the press, what his actual record actually is will forever be a mystery.
Yes, I'm aware these weren't exactly pro bouts but he was getting paid for it. Many of the great pros started out this way. Hell, author Louis L'Amour was a carnival boxer.
Every once in a while one of the "missing" fights of Dempsey's Kid Blackie years is discovered. He allegedly had 100 bouts under this alias.

A few years ago one of the posters, or editors, for BoxRec found an old Dempsey fight. It was 1916, against a man named Boston Bearcat. Dempsey was described as the "Champion Light Heavyweight of Utah", and Bearcat was a black man. It was always assumed that the only black man he ever fought was John Lester Johnson (New York).
So just how many he actually had, again, is much to debate.
I know a few years ago a poster on the site, I forget his name atm, found 20+ matches that the Irish Heavyweight Jem Roche had that the record books failed to mention. Beforehand it appeared that he fought Tommy Burns for the title in his pro debut.
The same thing happened with Jewey Smith. It appeared forever that he fought Tommy Burns in his debut, only to discover many matches that he had.

If we are including exhibitions, Dempsey is certainly over the 100 mark.

There are some sources said Archie Moore scored 141 career knockouts.

All the records from 1920 back have lots of omissions but in particular the turn of the century fighters.
