It’s just been announced that from July 1st BN will no longer be showing any FW/Queensberry shows.

They’ll show MTK shows and international fights.

Queensberry will be exclusive to BT Sports.

Looks like it's being wound down mate yeah. More boxing fans will subscribe to BT now then after a while he'll switch regular BT to PPV! Already been talks of it! It's just one boot in the sprouts after another if you're a boxing fan

im not sure i understand why W has took to BT, he owned BN right? So he was getting all the subscriptions correct?

Ok then. I was content to stay until the end as I've been on board since day one but this is a total xxxx take. I'll cancel this weekend. I've wanted the channel to survive and prosper but if fwank's out the door I'm following him. RIP b ox n at ion it was fun while it lasted.

You may be right about the PPV thing , but in reality at the moment who has he got to provide a PPV worthy bill ?

Because businesses never change. They all continue to trade without altering or closing regardless of viability, changing market conditions or any of the other millions of reasons.

I’m not really that bothered to be honest. I’m more interested in the non-doesmtic content allegedly had - which is good and I’ll be interested to see if it improves. The Uk content has always been pretty poor (Franks stable was gash for years) so I really don’t see this as a big thing for me personally.

Wonder if 'MTK' will end up buying the channel.
