David Price July 27th

David Price returns to action July 27th, no opponent named as of yet, will be interesting to see who he fights next, and the quality of opponent.
The bill he is fighting on is not a big promotion and there will be no television cameras showing this from coast to coast so im thinking that the opponent is not going to be very expensive to pay.
As this seems to be a small show possibly not a Eastern European to keep costs down and possibly a losing British fighter such as, DL Jones, AJ Carter, Chris Burton, Dorian Darch or Tom Little.
Whats your thought s on this fight and possible opponent?

Small hall shows are full of imported fighters, costs are not prohibitive.

Is he warming up for Fury?

Probably he'll fight someone of Fury last opponent's level. If that's the warm-up for Fury himself, it will be great. They are appropriate kinds of fighters for each other at the current stages of their careers.

If he thinks he can stop him in 4 or less it would be a good idea to book Seferi

Do you think FW/BT would chance Price in next 2-4 fights ?
He’s always got punchers chance - he rocked Povetkin.
They have big money invested in Fury - and won’t want to chance anything.

hasn't it always been the case that the british fighters tend to price themselves out?
Kash Ali would be a good opp?
surely Price is a couple of big low level ko's away from a very fun grudge match with Fury.
as a sideline to what Wilder and AJ do, it would be a lively and no doubt popular fight with the british audience.
I don't have a problem with this at all.
it'll be first to land who wins !!! we love those heavie matchups.

Within 4 fights I would so

I’d be amazed if Fury had Price on his list of opponents.
Shame because he’d be an obvious choice and plenty of us would like to see it. Would do good numbers too

Just working with him is a gamble.
Hoping he brings in money is another.

Bunny isn't going to take a gamble with Fury unless the title is on the line and the big money that comes with it,a succession of small non punchers is all we can expect until then.

tom little would be a good opponent. non puncher, quite durable. then after that he can take on the white rhino.

I take it the rumours about him and Fury were just nonsense.

I would think so,too risky now and should Fury ever win a title then Price would probably have been ko'd a few more times by then so would be a difficult sell.

Dorian Darch is boxing Harri Miles on 14 July, the winner of that fight would be suitable for David Price imo….

Darch has retired. Could not get any fights. He's fighting Miles on the unlicensed circuit.
