Does this imply that the Wilder fight is booked? Hearn talking about 100k for April? Or is it just posturing basically forcing Wilder over here? And if he doesnt make it, they look at Dillian Whyte rematch in Spring if he beats Parker?

Povetkin could upset the applecart, but doubt he does. Parker beating Whyte could result in a rematch.

Could all be a bit of a mess.

Completely losing interest in the heavyweights until the the big fight actually gets signed. Fury still got a long way to go to get back to where he should be. Povetkin, Whyte, Parker are all good fighters but in a different era would be a long way short of world title level. Whyte has made a career off of hitting Joshua with a punch that hurt him momentarily for fvck sake. The heavyweight division is very weak Joshua and wilder need to fight

Andy Ruiez, whilst being a nice guy, is a buffet bolstered cruiser. He is too small for the top crop of HW. He is also not good enough to beat the Eastern European cruisers. A sort of damned if you do, damned if you don't situation.

pretty much all wilders opponents hes defended against have ties to al haymon, as does rumored next opponent breazeale, so id think hed be in with more haymon affiliated guys like kownacki and oscar rivas (who has a wbc rating). those type of guys fit in with the likes of szpilka and washington.

huck also had his us fight against glowacki on a haymon pbc card, so he might be a contender to if he gets a wbc rating

I've never been all that impressed with him. To me your discipline is part of your overall skill set so if you don't have the discipline to get in shape, and give a sincere effort you're not that good, and you never will be.

If he couldn't get motivated for a World Title fight. He'll never be motivated. He's a fat fringe contender, and that's all he'll be until he becomes a fat stepping stone.

We will know more about Ruiz when he fights 'Kingpin' Johnson at the weekend. But he did push Joseph Parker all the way in a close fight.

I understand that point of view but it doesn't distract from the fact that he does have a lot of skills. He's just wasting them under 67% body fat.

They could not open it to max capacity for boxing as they need to give time for people to leave and get the last tube.
