I wonder what the odds are on Hatton NOT fighting Mitchell, Tszyu or Cotto next.

He says the same thing over and over, i stop listening. After Hatton and Gomez he just says in his none committing way "We will be looking at making the fights" Snooze...why doesn't he just come out and admit...they won't happen as long as i am at the negotiations table.

"We would rather fight Tszyu and Mitchell than Cotto because they are the bigger names"

When i was at the MGM Grand i shook Cotto's hand, i could have easily slyed in a left hook...it's official

Steve689 has got closer to fighting Cotto than Hatton ever will

Yep, he's always very careful with his words. When he says "we'll be making a fight with the winner of Mitchell/Tszyu" he actually means "we'll be withdrawing Ricky from IBF mandatory and he'll be fighting Paul Spadafora"

And his other oft-used saying is "We'll be sitting down next week"

They must have some well-worn chairs at SN....

I got a good response for such a cheap shot.
