Not much if its a same day weigh in - but all boxers are different sum cut way more then others, theres no set answer really

As above, no real ‘rule’ and I wouldn’t speculate about Lee Shelby or any specific boxer without knowing facts.
I can tell you that I know some low to mid level boxers with day before weigh ins cutting:
8 rounds - 8lbs
10 rounds - 6lbs
10 rounds - 0lbs
12 rounds - 7.5lbs
The brutal and frankly dangerous weight cuts are more prevalent in MMA
