AJ v Wilder is the fight to be 'the man'.......personally I think we may see this fight in the latter half of next year (if both continue to win)

In the meantime Wilder will fight the likes of 'Big Baby' and keep his stock on hold in the US. AJ v Wilder not happening for a while is a big risk for Eddie as he is presuming both fighters will stay unbeaten.

While Wilder is treading water in the US Tyson Fury will be slowly developing himself back into contention here. I expect Fury to fight August and December this year. Then maybe in April 2019..........then in In July 2019 maybe the likes of Del Boy again or a Helenius or a Wach. Then he (TF) will be ready for a title tilt in maybe Dec 2019. Again...assuming he keeps winning.

Over here.........AJ will fight Povetkin (the result is far from a certainty). The winner of that will prob fight the winner of Whyte/Parker (both a rematch for the title) in about December 2018.

If all goes to plan the bidding will start in early 2019 for the AJ Wilder showdown. I expect both to make a routine defence (April 2019 ish) before they clash in a UK stadium in maybe August 2019.

Tyson Fury will then be in a position to fight the winner in Dec 2019.

The only issue I have with all that you've said is Parker getting a rematch with AJ if he wins. It wasn't a great fight & even the casuals were on the verge of turning hostile against AJ, Hearn won't risk that again.

If Whyte wins though he'll definitely get the rematch, but I just can't see him beating Parker so hopefully that increases the chance of Wilder being next. That will no doubt end up being a two fight deal one here & the other in the USA, then Fury with a few wins can be next in line.

Tickets, whilst still selling brilliantly, have sold much slower for the Povetkin bout than all recent AJ fights.

Wilder won't fight Miller, well, Miller won't fight Wilder actually.
Miller will wait to lose to AJ for $5 million, rather than lose to Wilder for $1 million (or less).
It's simple economics.

Who really wants to see a Parker v Joshua rematch? First fight was terrible.

If White wins by KO there is a big fight to be made there.

I don’t think it’s wise to look past sasha though. That boy can fight and he he has been around far longer than Joshua. First dogfight Joshua was in against Wlad he was almost out of there.

In an Eddie Hearn sound grab I heard, Hearn said words to the effect of "a win for either Whyte or Parker positions them for another world title shot very soon."

My interpretation of that, because the belts for Whyte-Parker provide a path to Joshua (via the vacant WBO International title) AND to Wilder (via the WBC Silver title) , is that Hearn would like to see the winner of Whyte-Parker fight Wilder.

The extension of that being I suspect, Joshua will fight Miller after Povetkin.

Joshua Wilder is the fight everyone wants to see. That fight not being made is a clear example of boxings biggest problem.

Totally. Povitkin might be on the old side of his peak, but still a very dangerous opponent. Joshua is only human, his chin isn't granite either.

True, AJ v Parker 2 belongs in the twilight zone with Frampton v Quigg 2, where nobody can see it.

Povetkin for AJ and Breazeale for Wilder are not guaranteed wins.

Going to stick my neck out here. I really fancy Breazeale to stop Wilder.

I'm not convinced Hearn wants Joshua-Wilder any time soon. The farce the two teams have put on for the past few months reveals few truths and a string of inconsistencies (and some downright lies) from both parties. I'm so over it. As is everybody else I know who follow boxing.

The saying 'believe it when you see it' must have been written with boxing in mind.
