Who would win in this matchup?

This will be a tough fight for both. A close, competetive slugfest with a possible late stoppage. I guess, Povetkin will win here.

Just now, it is too late for both of them. Five years ago it would be a wonderful fight.

I'm my view I see Ortiz having more left than Povetkin.

That's arguable. He might have had some success with Wilder with leading by many opinions and nearly stopping Wilder, but still he gased out after the biggest flurry. Povetkin is still able to fight for the whole distance in his aggressive style. That gives Povetkin a lot of chances to stop Ortiz late.

Honestly, the version of Ortiz I saw against Malik Scott and Wilder makes me think he won't get past the version of David Price that showed up against Povetkin.

Ortiz's stamina was atrocious against Wilder.

Always liked Povetkin by stoppage in this potential matchup.

Seems like pretty much a 50/50 match-up.

Povetkin for me. Edges on the better stamina. Ortiz cannot do 12 rounds anymore.
