We had some hw fights that influenced the top 15 rank a lot
1.Anthony Joshua (1)
2.Alexander Povetkin (2)
3.Deontay Wilder (3)
4.Luis Ortiz (5)
5.Kubrat Pulev (6)
6.Jarrell Miller (7)
7.Dillian Whyte (10)
8.Joseph Parker (4)
9.Dominic Breazeale (9)
10.Dereck Chisora (outside top 15)
11.Bryant Jennings (11)
12.Mariusz Wach (12)
13.Johann Duhaupas (13)
14.Adam Kownacki (14)
15.Carlos Takam (8)

I know that Chisora lost to Kabayel but i think that Chisora we saw yesterday could beat him easily

Contenders to the to 15: Hughie Fury, Agit Kabayel, Izuagbe Ugonoh, Christian Hammer, Filip Hrgovic

I do not rank Tyson Fury until he gets to the ring for real fight

Ortiz, Pulev and Miller above Whyte is way off.

Whyte has at least one, if not two better wins on his record than all them three put together. Once Joshua knocks Povetkin out, Whyte goes above him in the rankings too, in at number 3 imo.

Thats true but no one wants to fight him especially in Bulgaria. Big risk for small reward

Let us try to make the top 15 HW (29.07.2018), but it would be difficult, because of the lack of the activity of some fighters who should be on this list (T. Fury, Pulev, even H. Fury), this time I will not put them on the list.

1. Joshua
2. Wilder
3. Ortiz
4. Povetkin
5. Whyte
6. Parker
7. Miller
8. Brezeale
9. Chisora
10. Kabayel
11. Takam
12. Hammer
13. Hrgović
14. Joyce
15. Dubois

I am not sure for Jennings, but I think that Duhaupas, Wach and Kownacki don't deserve to be at the top 15 just now.

Maybe not, but if I have to choose between him and Duhaupas, I will choose him.
His future might be bright, what about Duhaupas boxing future.

If they (Dubois and Duhaupas) fight tomorrow, I think it would be close. But, I can imagine Dubois as a HW champion in the near future. Honestly, can you imagine Duhaupas as a champion ?

That list is just a fishing expedition.
It's a list of the top, much promising top amateurs that just became pro and some boxers in their prime (or just over it).
I don't expect any of the talents to lose any match any time soon. Junlong Zhang, Povetkin and Ortiz will go downhill soon, even if Povetkin wins against AJ. Remarkebly, sometimes I even got the feeling AJ himself is going downhill. I have the feeling his 2016 performance was better then his 2017 performance, despite the Klitschko win and such.
So it's not a list of the world's current top 15 heavyweights then

The division is a mess.  Only one of the top five boxers have fought each other.  While that should change soon, it doesn't absolve the fact that there is little depth in the top five to fifteen.   Thankfully, there are about six decent up and comers to fill the void so I'm going to jump the gun and list the best of the up and comers in the top fifteen thanks to lack of depth and also add in Usyk, who says he's moving up to heavyweight.

1 ) Joshua - Fights Povektin next, the winner gets the #1 spot
2 ) Povetkin - Fights Joshua next, will also be 39 when it happens
3 ) Whyte - He means business
4 ) Wilder - Lacking a resume, he fights Fury next
5 ) Fury - Can he get back to where he was?  Fights Wilder next
6 ) Usyk - A breath of fresh air, and the division needs it.  Very skilled
7 ) Ortiz - Old, but still good enough and dangerous
8 ) Parker - Lack of stamina and desire makes me want to place him lower
9 ) Miller - Pulled out of a fight with Pulev, Fast hands for his size. Mediocre power
10 ) Kuzmin - Impressed enough to hold this spot for now
11 ) Hrgovic - A young big man with skills, power, and durability
10 ) Bellew - Impressed vs Haye
13 ) Chisora  - Can give anyone a tough night's work
14 )  Yoka -  Suspended, but he's tall with talent
15 ) Joyce - A seek and destroy type.  Boom or bust once he moves up

The division could really use a World Boxing Super Series to define its champion.

Oké, but then you should add Klitschko and such as well, who would probably still beat several of these guys.
Just give me yours and I'll show you who will beat them.
Klitschko has retired though.

I'm going to bite with one of many strange choices on your list.

Please explain your justification for ranking Joyce in the top 5 above Wilder who holds the WBC belt.

Apart from you just having a hunch that Joyce might beat Wilder

1. Anthony Joshua
2. Deontay Wilder

3. Dillian Whyte
4. Jarrell Miller
5. Luis Ortiz
6. Alexander Povetkin
7. Joseph Parker

10. Andy Ruiz
11. Adam Kownacki
---------------------
12. Bryant Jennnings
13. Tony Bellew
14. Agit Kabayet
15. Tyson Fury

Think Povetkin hasn't looked that good in a long time, surprised to see so many here with him at #2 (#6 is arguably a little low, but I think he has to be behind at least Wilder in 2018).

I'm reluctant to give Tyson full credit for his earlier performances yet, given how off-form he looked last fight. If he has another warm-up and looks sharper he could end up back at #2 or #3.

Other than that this list is sadly pretty arbitrary, especially #8-#14. I don't rank prospects until they have done something a little more relevant than any of them have managed so far - hopefully a list like this will look a little more impressive in 18 months or so with Hrgovic, Ajagba, Dubois, Joyce, Yoka, Ilunga, Gorman etc etc etc making moves and Uysk (and maybe Gassiev or Breidis) in the mix as well. But for now the landscape is still pretty uninspiring.
