I reckon Askin will stop him.
Okolie leaves his long left hand out in a pawing action.
I can see Askin exploding one over the top of it and getting Okolie wobbled.
FairPlay to Hearn he’s matching these Olympians hard.

Really interesting fight. I'm picking Okolie late but I'd love to see Askin pull it off. Turning in to a really good card for a change!

Part from Buatsi. I've been disappointed in how he's been handled so far. He could be the best of the bunch as well.

Great fight. I'm leaning towards Okolie but I wouldn't be surprised if Askin pulls out the win. Roll on September 22!

Tbf the Summers fight would have nicely set up some domestic fireworks. Unfortunately they are on ice for 3-4 months because of the pull out.

This
The pawing needs to be fixed. It's fine at a certian level, but Askin is a fairly smart operator and I expect he has already seen opportunities in Okolie's game. While I wouldn't be surprised to see Okolie KO Askin, I do think Askin has the better abilities- for now.
Great matchmaking. It does make me wonder what's wrong with Buatsi, and why he hasn't had a decent test like this yet

Buatsi has had 3-4 changes of opponent due to injuries / even last time that was 3rd change.
Expect he’ll get step up on AJ Card or headline the Next Gen.

50/50 for me so fair play to both for taking it. Both men coming off a couple of decent wins at domestic level. Okolie can look stiff and ungainly but the combination of that awkwardness, power and sheer size/length will probably prove difficult to overcome. Askin is by far the more experienced though and won't go into his shell like Chamberlain and Watkins did.

We believe Matty can win this fight and look good doing it.
I just want to say for a lad who was quite frankly written off after the Dickinson fight and even more so after the Mckenzie fight, then to claw his way back into contention ,fighting on events which they were taking down the lights and the ,cameras when he was about to fight is testament to his never give up attitude.
He's boxed almost all the prospects in the division,so to get this chance on such a big card is an opportunity that I think he will take.

I cant see anything but an Okolie win inside the distance.
Askin may well be improved, but once you have tasted the defeat cake its an easy meal to enjoy again.

I think this is a fantastic wee contest, I’m really looking forward to it.
I imagine that if the contest ends inside the distance it will be Okolie that wins but my first thought is Askin on points.

And that is why guys like Askin pick up fans and respect.
Unbeaten records is a farce for 99% of the guys carrying them past 20 fights. It either means your untested or your the 1% of very, very special fighters.

He could of easily got the decision against Ovill.
That was a very close fight.

Even then it's not all that.
Calzaghe and Mayweather were undoubtedly great, but became more interested in staying unbeaten than becoming as great as they could've been.

So will Okolie. Matty has been in with a former world champion and took him 11 rounds with 2 weeks notice.
Lawrence has boxed journey men.
