Back in the day with it being more than commonplace for middleweight boxers to compete in heavyweight bouts, how would Golovkin have handled squaring off against someone like Jack Johnson?

After a considerable amount of moments pondering the question, I'll go with Golovkin.

But only if he's allowed to bring revenge minded Stanley Ketchel into the ring with him.

I think Kalan would have seen a possible competitive match here since he regarded GGG so highly. I think GGG is great as well....and/but the Ketchel bout is probably not a bad comparison. Golovkin gets treated with some respect by Jack until he (GGG) bloodies Jack's nose or some such. And then, within a few ticks of the clock, GGG's electricity is promptly turned off by the power company.
