why doesn't Eddie Hearn make dillian Whyte vs manuel charr for the WBA title

while dillian Whyte is waiting for you crack at the main world titles i.e Joshua/wilder/fury
he probably has a window of one or two fights
so why doesn't his promoter get to my shot at the WBA regular heavyweight championship of the world against manual chair in a fight dillian Whyte would 100% win

let him win that and then maybe defend it three or 4 times before a massive block Buster fight against Joshua

Probably because this belt is meaningless. If Hearn wants to make AJ vs Whyte II, he can do it without this belt.

Because Dillian Whyte is a serious contender and The WBA Regular is a mickey-mouse trinket, not worth bothering with.

Not to mention it gives Haymon's organization sorry I mean Sulaiman's - or do I ? :maybe: - the perfect excuse to drop him from the WBC rankings and thereby ending his presence as a permanent reminder of the corruption that pervades that organization, and olso as a constant embarrassment to Wilder who has offered no reason at all for turning down triple his best ever purse that he has been offered to face Whyte.

Dillian Whyte has already claimed that he’d like to face Manuel Charr in December, as long as the WBA “regular” champion can retain ownership of his title against Fres Oquendo next month.

That said, Eddie Hearn has other world-rated heavyweights in his stable of fighters that he also has to take care of, such as Miller, Chisora and Joshua, which means that the Matchroom boss may prefer to pit Whyte against someone else instead of Charr, as it may generate more money.

So there’s nothing preventing this bout from taking place, other than Eddie Hearn’s plans, coupled with the Charr’s bout against Oquendo potentially being called off, in which case I reckon the WBA will force Manuel to face Trevor Bryan instead.

Edit: Eddie Hearn has just said that Dillian Whyte is Anthony Joshua's most likely opponent at Wembley next April...

"As it goes right now, he's [Whyte] the favourite, because Wilder won't communicate with us, or his team," Hearn said.

And this. I'm convinced Don King convinced the WBA to let him pay sanctioning fees to guarantee Bryan a fight against the Charr/Oquendo winner, whereas if he didn't then Hearn could've offered alot more for the winner to fight Miller instead.

Also, Whyte wouldn't get the fight anytime soon. The regular belt has the Charr/Oquendo fight, then the Winner/Bryan fight, and then the chance is open to matchroom guy but probably Miller because it looks like WBA regular is the route that Hearn is planning for Miller (unless he gets the August date vs AJ).
