me too mate, its thew weekend b4 I go to singapore and OZ for a month so woudl be the perfect send off.
Ive always been a big fan, he gave me one of THE moments Ive ever seenina boxing ring in the potter fight and Ive followed him closley ever since.
Not only that but he just seems such a nice chap, I hope he does pull it off and has a few big fights while he is no Lennox he certainly is a hero to this boxing fan.
Nothing like a few mates over staying up late behaving badly in the safety of my house and having a good old shout for your charge. Go on Danny my son!

I'll second that, the courage shown in the potter fight was truly exceptional, I've never really seen anyone show that much determination to continue, I swear he would have carried on if his arm dropped off.
That's why it made me laugh when Freddie Roach said that Danny 'wasn't the bravest' and it was why I knew Danny was in with a shot, and I won some money on it too, all around, nice one Danny, kick that big Ukranian's ass!

well to be honest Ive never seen anything to rival it for bravery, he popped his shoulder four times, Ive seen grown men cry when they have done it once on a rugby pitch.
Literally squeel like babies, it hurts so much more than breaking something which is bad enough. I dislocated my fingers (scrum went over my hand when I was about to pass the ball) and vomitted through pain, to put it in perspective I broke my collar bone another time and kept playing for 15 mins.
So god knows how much a big joint such as a shoulder dislocation must hurt and feel like.
Puts a torn rotator cuff into perspective thats for sure.
Closest thing to a Rocky storyline Ive ever seen. Incredible.

I'm just gonna hang em out there. Hold that image.
Yep not sure how yet - but I think this is gonna be a classic barn-burner and Vitaly will be breathing out of his arse after 8 rounds.
Can Danny take over...I think so.

The Easton Assassin has his say.............from the BBC
Larry Holmes backing for Williams
Heavyweight legend Larry Holmes says Danny Williams can beat Vitali Klitschko when they meet in December.
Williams stunned Mike Tyson in July and Holmes believes that win will stand him in good stead for the fight against the Ukrainian WBC champion.
"Williams has a big chance against Klitschko if he can stay away from that right hand," Holmes told BBC Sport.
"He's got a big heart after beating Mike Tyson. Before that he wouldn't have stood a chance."
Holmes, world champion between 1978 and 1985, also predicted Tyson will bounce back from his latest setback.
"Mike Tyson was rusty (against Williams). He shouldn't have fought. His management didn't get him prepared to fight.
"I'd like to see Tyson get his head together and get back in the game because he's the most interesting fighter out there.
"If he had someone to talk to who knows what he's talking about he can come back.
"I'm not going to say he can become champion again but he can get that shot again because people still want to see Mike Tyson."

So Holmes actually said about 4 words about Williams.
Honestly once they got him started they couldn't shut him up....

I really hope danny can pull it off but I see Klitchko handing out an ass kicking and breaking him down inside 3 or 4.... then again I said the same before the Tyson fight...

Before the Tyson fight Danny Williams banged on about how he thought he'd do alright because he was under no pressure as nobody though he'd win. Now he's knocked out Tyson though a lot of people have been discussing the possibility of him being a world beater.....
And he does not handle pressure well.
