Great news...nice to see Stevenson finally fighting a deserving challenger. If Adonis doesnt look any better than he did against Jack then Gvozdyk should take his belt.

Was Stevenson's bouts against Bellew and Jack, coupled with the fact he was willing to face Sergey Kovalev, but it was the Russian that declined the bout... not tell you that he has some "guts".

You do realise that many fighters declined guaranteed opportunities to challenge for the WBC title, such as Eleider Alvarez?

Folk are underselling Jack implying that he was anything other than a very worthy challenger for Stevenson. Still, that was a 50/50 fight while AS would likely be the underdog against Gvozdyk. Hopefully it gets made.

Considering it ended in a draw I'd say it's pretty much the definition of a 50/50 fight. Stevenson vs Jack that is.

And yeah I'd heavily favor Gvozdyk to kick his ass.

The only chance Stevenson has, is to knock Gvozdyk in the first 5 rounds, after that he will be out of gas and Gvozdyk won't wait the 12th round to finish him (like Jack did). My prediction: Gvozdyk KO 10.
