Possible Porter future theory

Logic after the Garcia/Porter fight tells me that Spence/Porter "should" be next. Boxing has a funny way of tossing logic out the window though. I have a maybe far fetched possibility that I was thinking of. Porter signs with Top Rank, so in essence he can fight the mando to his belt, which would be Vargas at the moment. They'll give him another fight in 2019 with somebody who is ranked, maybe Ugas or James. This will set up a PPV showdown with Crawford in 2020, which would be a pretty big fight at that stage. Arum would rather keep a unification in house, in case Crawford was to lose.
It makes sense. Arum needs opponents for Crawford and Porter would be a great in house unification fight for him. Porter would get some title defenses, since his first reign was less than a year as a champ the first time. He'd get a few million dollar paydays and then a mega payday vs Crawford. Seems like everybody would win.
