Best music to train to...?

I read somewhere that more beats per minute stimulate high heart rate so basically if you listen to faster music your body is more comfortable at a higher heart rate..
?
Not entirly sure whether there is any truth in this but from experience training to faster beats like Drum n' Bass, UK Garage and heavy house make training that bit easier. Wheras training to slower beats such as tiny bopper sh*t, R n' B and some hip hop makes the work out harder.
Often hear boxers training to D n' B, breakbeat and hard house maybe this is the norm.
Off topic for a second....anyone heard the new Cream Classics album..?
Man there are some absolutely legendary tracks on this...check it out.
