Another in a string of recent boxer and ex-boxer arrests.
Ortiz and his brother were arrested a couple years ago at an L.A. concert for punching out a guy and then stomping him.
Not certain what the disposition of that case was.
He appears to enjoy living up to his nickname, even outside the ring.
I did learn that in the beating case, Ortiz plead guilty to misdemeanor battery and received 3 years probation.
I don't think that he's going to get off so lightly this time.
Ortiz and his brother were arrested a couple years ago at an L.A. concert for punching out a guy and then stomping him.

I didn't give an opinion on whether he was guilty or not guilty, but I assume the fights gonna be off whatever the case with allegations as seriously as these.
As for his guilt or lack thereof that'll be determined in due time.

I think his Hollywood career is over as well. No producer is going to take a chance on him. That is unless Harvey Weinstein makes some kind of miraculous comeback

The victim said the Ortiz brothers suddenly attacked him, knocked him down and began beating him until he was unconscious.
Ortiz and his brother were arrested on battery and assault charges.
A plea deal was eventually arranged where Vicious Victor plead guilty and was given just 3 years probation, along with bring ordered to perform community service and attend anger management classes.
No jail time.
Unless he's cleared of the rape charges, there's a pretty good chance that Ortiz won't get off as lightly this time.

Both Ortiz and his brother plead guilty to a reduced charge.
So that's pretty much an admission that they did something wrong.
Plenty witnesses around too. I don't know about security cameras.
I do know that the victim is suing the pants off Ortiz in civil court. It's one headache after another for Vicious Victor.
