Quick look at his weight loss..
Lucas Browne back with one-punch KO, eyes David Allen or Adam Kownacki
Former world heavyweight champion Lucas Browne made a comeback on Friday and duly got back to knocking people out.
The 39 year-old returned in a homecoming bout against Julius Long six months on from his disappointing UK showing.
‘Big Daddy’ was dropped and stopped badly by Dillian Whyte at The O2 and has since admitted he wasn’t properly prepared.
After shedding the pounds and looking ripped against Long, Browne was back at his impressive best.
It didn’t take Browne any time at all to find the target and the writing seemed on the wall for Long early on.
Despite Long attempting spoiling tactics, deductions in the first and second saw the American open to punishment.
Connecting with big, clean shots, Browne was able to end the fight painfully in the third.
It was an improvement from their last meeting in 2015, which Browne won in the ninth session.
Manager Matt Clark was happy with Browne’s performance and hopes for sterner tests to come.
“There’s no doubt about it, Long came to fight. He leaned on Lucas plenty and at seven foot one he’s awkward.
“But it was a beautiful one-punch KO right hand straight down the pipe by Lucas and the fight was over.
“Now for what is next. There’s been talk about possibly going back to the UK to face Dave Allen.
“We’d also be very open to facing Adam Kownacki in the States. It would be an action packed fight.”
Despite reports of a possible clash with compatriot Alex Leapai, Clark seemed to be intent on taking Browne abroad.
“Allen or Kownacki are the goals, the fights we are focused on. Hopefully either can happen next,” he added.
Browne now holds a record of 26-1 following his 23rd career knockout and looks in good shape for the tougher operators in the division.

So heavyweights still dig up the 7 foot" 40 something Long as a "get well" opponent.
Browne beat Long by KO once before. I guess a rematch was needed to clear up any lingering doubts about who is the better man.

Even Kownacki would be decent.
But yeh, I can see Hearn using Browne vs. Allen on an undercard. Maybe Whyte vs. Chisora?

David Allen MIGHT be a competitive bout. Kownacki would beat the sh*t out of him.

Wow, he lost a lot of fat. Probably he is serious about coming back. I thought, he was going just to KO some journeymen at home and retire. But maybe his plans are bigger.

David Allen or Lenroy Thomas would be fantastic for him to get a feel. If he defeats either, he can move on to Kownacki. As it stands, I don't think he should go straight for the top guys.

Yeah Allen or Thomas seem like perfect matchups. I view those as even contests at this point.

Long lives over there. He's a successful chef.

I probably shouldn't ask, but what does it signify?
7 foot 1 Long has been a professional oponent/loser for going on 20 years now!

Luis Fernando has gone into shock. He thought a man of 7' would be unbeatable.

I wonder if he knows that 7' Long lost also to ex CWs Izuagbe Ugonoh, Jonathon Banks (who was previously badly beaten by ex LHW Adamek, Long was counted 3 times vs Banks) and Rob Calloway (didnt he fought at LHW too?). Those little mouses have beaten this huge T-Rex Behemoth, as he likes to say when comparing smaller fighters to bigger ones
But i think he must be trolling. Even haters/casuals/fanboys cant be that blind or/and stupid. He said that that Gvozdyk arguably beats Povetkin. It's easily top 5 of the dumbest statements i have ever heard on this forum.

Kownacki declared that he is willing to face Browne.
Good fight but i hope it's the last C level opponent for Adam.

Top 5? Now that is quite an achievement. Admittedly not a good achievement but one that really takes some doing. I'm sure he'd be proud.
