Len won 10 British title fights, which is a record number he shares with Henry Cooper.

starts out @ around 132 and ends up fighting @ heavyweight !!

He had his first professional contest when aged 12. He weighed under 8 stone, almost certainly well under this weight. Quite common in the early 1920s.

It's not cheating at all. He boxed professionally at flyweight and at heavyweight, as did Tommy Farr. It just shows how much the game has changed. The 1920s and 1930s were exceptionally tough times. Many young lads boxed to put food on the table as their fathers had been killed in the Great War.

It's a pretty incredible achievement even if he was 12 and only a 180lb heavy.

Ted Kid Lewis started out as a flyweight, fought all the way up through the divisions, incidentally he boxed for the EBU Heavyweight title against Georges Carpentier losing in the 1st round, Carpentier started his career as a bantamweight, I don’t think either would of weighed near heavy when fighting for the EBU title.
