Due to a technicality (Charr's representatives not being allowed to be present at the opening of the B sample) the ruling could become void, allowing Charr to retain his belt.
This type of situation has been upheld in sports before by international courts - e.g.

Miller v Dinu looks like it could be unlikely be for the WBA belt due to Charr appealing and potentially filing civil suit OR Charr could still get stripped and file a suit and be offered a title shot in 4 years time which now has precedent
The saga continues

Could be a final eliminator? Man Charr hasn't fought in a year.

It might be, i would say that it would be bold to make a decision on it with a potential lawsuit pending bu this is the WBA.
Also, Arum made a point about Jennings being leapfrogged, against the WBA's own rules, for the discussed titlefight between Miller and Dinu so i imagine they would make an appeal for a final eliminator if the rules are similar aswell.
The Championships Chairman may notify the two highest ranked available boxers, or the highest ranked available regional champions, or a combination thereof, of the obligation to meet in an elimination bout to become a mandatory contender, giving them dates by which the negotiations must commence and be concluded.

Finally the WBA may have them selves a situation where legal proceedings could stop their multiple title bollocks!

Or the WBA will just then have
Joshua
Charr
Bryan
Miller
Oquendo
Can all have world belts

Can all have world belts
Jennings v Oquendo for the mandated regular title-shot eliminator
Bryan v Miller/Dinu for the unified Interim Regular title
Charr v Joshua for the WBA unified super regular title
It's all so simple, i don't know what the fuss is about

Oquendo does not have to have a eliminator. He's guaranteed a title shot

I was sarcastically pointing out that Jennings might end up filing a similar complaint to the one Oquendo did and mocking the claims people have to the belt/title shot.

Sorry. I thought you were another nutcase who saw nothing wrong with the multi belt garbage.
